Cops hop on rooftops to benefit Special Olympics

What are cops doing on the roofs of Dunkin’ Donuts all over the country Friday?!

Well, turns out they are teaming up with the baked goods and coffee chain to benefit the Special Olympics.

The hashtag #CopOnARooftop is trending on various social media sites around the country.

Local and PA state police are posted up on the roof in Murrysville to support the cause.

Officers from the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Mt. Lebanon, Carlow University, Point Park, Fayette County, Cranberry Township, the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office, and the Butler County Sheriff’s Office will also be hopping up on some Dunkin’ rooftops today.
