Front moves in, temperatures rapidly falling

After a wave of warm weather, a cold front is moving through the area and temperatures are rapidly dropping.

RabbleVID’s Patrick O’Connor was in Wexford as the front approached, bringing wind, rain and colder temperatures Friday afternoon.

The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh said the temperature fell 23 degrees in 45 minutes at their Moon Township office.

The Pittsburgh area is going to see a mix of precipitation throughout Friday night and into Saturday morning.

City officials are warning the public to stay off the roads as conditions deteriorate.
