Hope Hicks will become the official White House communications director, making her the third person to hold the position under President Donald Trump, reports NBC News.

Hicks, a long time top aide to Trump has been working the position on an interim basis after Anthony Scaramucci was fired in August. She has been with Trump since the day former real estate mogul turned celebrity launched his campaign for president in June 2015.
Mike Dubke resigned as communications director in May.
