Man defies cerebral palsy to compete in bodybuilding competition

A man with cerebral palsy inspires others as he competes in a bodybuilding competition.

Sam, 24, competed in the Inspiration Dedication at the 2017 International Physique League SoCal Classic in Brea, California.

He was born with cerebral palsy and has been working out since he was 14-years-old.

Sunny Miller,who posted a video of Sam on stage, shared his story on Facebook.

“Sam’s courage and strength won over everyone’s heart, everyone had tears of joy for this beautiful human,” Miller wrote in the post. “I had to steal a pic with him because in my eyes he is a hero.”

The IPL also featured Sam on their Instagram, saying, “He lit up the stage with his dedication, hard work and his no matter what attitude.”

Miller and the IPL both describe Sam’s performance as “inspiring”.
