Melting ice floods, closes streets in New York neighborhood

A short period of warm temperatures in the middle of winter caused some trouble in neighborhoods in New York, where video shows ice and blocking portions of streets.

According to CNY Homepage, blocks of ice flowing down a creek jammed up at a bridge and police closed the road.

Video on Facebook shows huge blocks of ice in the yards of homes and crews working to clear the blocks.

Crews eventually broke down the jam, and another video shows water moving down the creek with chunks of ice.
